Refund policy

At Fragmire, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a smooth and easy return & exchange process to ensure you get the best quality fragrance.

  1. We have a 15-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  2. Product must be mostly unused (minimum 90% remaining). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  3. Return/Exchange requests are processed within 3-5 working days.
  4. Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
  5. Customers are responsible for exchange delivery charges.
  6. Tester Box (Sample Box) is not refundable as it is solely for the purpose of testing fragrances.
  7. Orders above Rs.10,000 are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
  8. In case of damaged, leaked, or wrong product, we bear the delivery charges.
